TMD Cooperative Training Program (COOP) is an essential part of the talent management initiatives, and a necessary component of our recruitment strategy.

This tailored program will help the trainees to practice tasks during periods of specialised study in the work field. The objective of this program is to assist participants in gaining practical work experience, as well as meet the graduation requirements of their respective schools. Participants who take part in the program are evaluated at the end of the program, to determine their overall grade for the internship credits required by the school.


  • Saudi national or foreign national eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

  • Have a strong academic background (Diploma or Bachelor degree), with GPA of minimum 2.5/4, or 3/5.

  • Be currently attending a Saudi college, university, or graduate program.

  • Have completed a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year College or University (completion of one year’s worth of academic credits over a more extended period may qualify part-time students for participation in the Student Intern Program); or a currently enrolled graduate student or accepted in a graduate degree program.

  • Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0, or equivalent to a C.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills, efficiency and flexibility.

  • Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email software, internet searching, and other programs.
